- The time has come that little Bandit can be advertised as my little girls legs have cont to grow so here goes-
12.2hh 14yrs Welsh A gelding. 1.5/ step up, fun second pony type. He has been an absolutely amazing pony for Franks over the last year. Franks was 8 when we got him and was unable to canter, Bandit changed all that.
Seasoned pony club pony, Bandit’s absolute favourite thing to do is go Cross Country and hacking around the countryside. A superb showjumping pony he comes alive in the ring and has competed with us up to 60 cm but happily schools over bigger fences at home. (Chase me charlie 96cm only having him for 5 weeks) pony club camp after owning him only 3 weeks and they achieved the junior camp award for best pair, he has done eventing clinics across all 3 disciplines, pony club rally’s and is never phased by new arenas, locations and open spaces. Bandits least favourite thing is constantly trotting around the arena in boring circles and for this reason he is not a FYFR. That said, he does like to perform and is impeccably schooled working in an outline and flicking his toes for a competent jockey and with excellent looks and conformation will do very well in the show ring.
He is wonderful in open spaces, on the roads, he never gets fizzy when the other horses do. I am Mrs safety and I trust him which means a lot
He is more kick than pull but as the child gets more confident he adjusts.
He has just started his education with polo cross and is mega
Good for all the usual trailer /box,(franks loads him) clip, farrier.
Ideally to find a home that is experienced and to love him, the way we do.
