- ✨Teddy || 13.1hh || Highland || Gelding || 15yo✨ Very sad sale due to change of circumstances. Teddy is a lovely boy, so this is a hard sale for us as we have had him coming up 5 years now. He is good to shoe, bath, catch & load. We fear he had a negative experience in a past home and for that reason can be weary of men until he gets used to them. He’s lovely to handle, but has been out of work for about 6 months as his rider has been in her GCSE year at school and he is now sadly outgrown, so will be sold straight from the field & will need bringing back into work. Teddy is forward going so would suggest him a second pony for a confident little rider! He enjoys his job, we have taken him out to little local show jumping & in hand showing shows. Teddy is good with a mixed herd, he’s also happy to live by himself and will live in or out. Teddy is up to date with vaccinations. Unfortunately after only 3 months of us having teddy home, we found out he had melanoma on his sheath which was surgically removed. Therefore he has to have it hosed once a day with cold water for 5 minutes, which he stands perfectly still for, and which we’ve had no problems with since. More photos/videos available.
