- Description
- We are unfortunately in the position of having to find a new home for Little Miss Valentine, affectionately known as "Rosie" as my son is now ready to move on to horses.
Rosie is an exceptional jumper and as brave as they come. She loves to compete and does well in multiple disciplines including show jumping, arena eventing, cross country, hunter trials and has been to many Somerford pony camps. Rosie has also represented Lancashire and Cheshire academy teams at nationals in 2023/2024 and Wilmslow and Longton riding club.
Rosie only started her British showjumping career 2 years ago so is low mileage for her age. She competes consistently at discovery and newcomers and has weekly lessons/schooling on 1.05cm/1.10cm courses.
Some of her other achievements include:-
- Qualified for Bates arena eventing championship at Aston Le Walls for 2025 (90cm/1m Classes)
- Qualified for Hunter Trial at Eland lodge 2025 (Junior novice plus class)
- Arena Eventing and Hunter Trial finalist at Eland lodge 2025
- Junior Open Derby Winner 2024 (1.05/1.10m) at Church Farm
Rosie is capable of guiding a rider through a course, remains unfazed by mistakes and does not stop but would suit a competent teenage/young adult jockey as she is a forward ride.
Rosie has excellent stable manners, is easy to load and travel with, and is well-mannered during farrier and dental procedures, as well as when being clipped. However, she does need sedation for face clipping and is unable to hack.
This is a heartbreaking sale so only serious enquiries will be considered; a five-star home is essential. Tack and wardrobe Included.
Open to vetting. Mid four figures
