- We have owned this mare for nearly 4 years now and during that time she has looked after and been ridden by every member of the family from 4 years up to 40 years . Hacking is her absolute forte. She will happily take a child on or off lead rein for a safe hack out with mum on her horse. She will tootle happily around the school for smaller children on lead rein however, hours and hours of schooling just are not her bag so I wouldn’t wish for her to go to a home where this would be an expectation of her. She is gentle and safe to handle by adults and children alike. She loves a good pamper session and will stand tied up for hours. Happy in her stable, she is the cleanest horse I’ve ever had in the stable. Turns out absolutely fine with mares and geldings. Happy to remain alone in the field whilst others go out for a ride. Easy as pie to clip, shoe etc She can come with her tack. Anything I’ve not mentioned please ask, she’s an amazing pony, the type hard to find. A yard favourite.
