- Beautiful 16.2hh TB/Shire 15 years old grey mare with three very comfortable Rolls Royce paces. Experienced enthusiastic hunter who has a high stamina for long days in the field, well mannered with hounds and very sure footed over rough ground. A very popular hunt hireling in her previous home, has now been a family horse for some years, being ridden and hunted by various family members and friends with the South Devon Hunt. Hacks well alone and in company. Good to box/clip/shoe/trailer. Doesn’t buck/bolt/rear, is bombproof in traffic. Very forward going but easy to stop so would be suitable for a keen rider. Could also be suitable for endurance riding. A clever, sensitive mare who loves to work. Looking for a forever home for this very sweet horse. Sale due to change of circumstances.
