- Our gorgeous bay sports pony Tam is looking for a new owner. We have had her for almost 2 years now. My 13-year-old daughter describes her as ‘… the pony that has taught her the most ..’but she is now outgrown and needs another little person to teach. We have done numerous PC rallies, camps, unaffiliated SJ at 80/85cm. My daughter is starting to step up to 90 competing and schools regularly at this height and higher. She is established on the flat and can produce a nice dressage test. She has been to many XC clinics and arena hires and they have completed a few PC ODEs this season at 70/80 and placed. I am confident Tam would also happily step down for her next rider . Tam is a forward pony and takes confidence from her rider in the XC. She is good with traffic, farm machinery and dogs. My daughter hacks alone regularly and with others no problems. She has never bucked, reared or bolted. Tam has a lovely temperament, and I trust her with my daughter who does everything for her. She is easy to load – trailer and box, she is good with the farrier. When clipping she can be fussy with her head. Tam has no health problems, she is up to date with her vaccinations, annual dental checks and has the physio and saddle checked every 6 months. She is fit and ready to have fun with her next jockey!
