Description: Jake is the sweetest little pony to have on the yard, he absolutely loves attention. He was backed last spring and gradually brought on over the summer. He was then left to mature through the winter and has come back into work this spring. He will make the most fantastic Pony Club pony as nothing seems to phase him. He has been to a mounted games practice where he was amazing, even the flags didn't bother him and he has seen coloured poles. He has been to a couple of shows including Royal Cornwall this year and Holsworthy last week, where he behaved extremely well. I also think he would make a brilliant hunting pony as he certainly looks the part, and much of our 'hacking' is wizzing around the woods, jumping ditches and logs which he seems to love! he has seen hounds, but not been on a days hunting yet, although if he is still with us this autumn then he will do. He was honestly the easiest pony to back. We live on a farm so he is used to farm machinery, dogs, sheep, cattle etc. He hacks brilliantly, nothing phases him. He is however still green and is ready to start the next stage of his education. Good to load and travel. Teeth and jabs up to date. He is barefoot and good for the farrier to trim. Comes with tack. Would consider short term LWVTB.
