- Fully registered New Forest gelding with green passport. Straightforward and easy to do in all ways. Suitable for beginners, novices or those with a bit more experience as he’ll happily go up and down the paces. Hacks alone and in company, is the same in front or behind. Never strong, silly or fizzy. Happy to stand and be groomed, bathed, clipped and will stand on trailer or lorry. He really is the easiest pony with the kindest heart, never bucked, reared or bolted. He’s used to kids, chickens, quads, farm machinery and is happy to graze alone or in company. He is the most patient pony who has a high tolerance and will go at the pace set by his jockey. Safe in open spaces and always ridden in a snaffle. He’s a steady non-spooky type and a very easy, straightforward ride. He’s very sadly now outgrown. We’ve competed at all pony club events including camps, clinics, rallies etc and he’ll jump 70cm all day long. I’d like him to go on and teach another child or have a varied life as a hacking, schooling type home. He has previously failed flexion test but please don’t let that put you off, he’s never missed a beat with us and he rides sound and I’m happy to share his clean X-rays. He’s up to date with vacs, worm count, saddle check and dental. Lives on fresh air, will live out or stabled (we do a bit of both depending on weather and fields).
