- 14.2hh chestnut Welsh D x mare, 15 years old. Lovely paces, moves more like a horse. She loves to jump and is very forward to a fence. Spent a lot of time schooling recently. Good to shoe, clip, bath etc. we haven’t travelled her but was told she needs coaxing and loads better with a friend. She came in a trailer and has travelled in a box as well. Snaffle mouthed. Typical moody mare if another horse dares to walk by her stable! Never bites or kicks or anything, just scowling. Bought for my daughter who has been schooling/hacking her but now she’s started to jump her, she’s proved too much for my daughter. She is ideally better suited to an experienced teen/small adult. Not a novice/nervous rider. (Jump picture with previous owner) She has been treated for hock lameness not long after we got her so exempt from insurance and therefore would fail a vetting. Sound, fit and healthy now and no repeat lameness since. Happy to discuss and be very transparent on history. She’s a very capable fun pony for someone wanting to compete/affiliate. Comes with bridle and fitted saddle and a couple of rugs. Open to offers to find her the right home. We love her very much so a very hard sale.
