- Tack available and quality wardrobe by separate negotiation. (Saddle 2yrs old fitted to him my master saddler) This is a genuine and difficult sale, this boy is one in a million. I have had great fun for 5yrs. He is the yard favourite, has a lovely nature, and simply a dude of a ride. He is 14.2, but rider in pics is 5’8 so he really takes up your leg and rides much bigger. He has been to the beach, xc training, arena eventing and regular fun rides he loves pole work and to jump. Brilliant on camp, not phased by moving stables over weekend. He is very capable and jumped a 1m, needs more leg than rein to a jump, taking you in nicely in control. He has lovely manners and loves hacking, alone or in company. Very sound and trustworthy on the roads. He has seen tractors, cows, milk lorries and everything in between, not phased. Never strong in open spaces, and a real confidence giver, starting off at a nice canter, waiting for you to ask for more. Loves a gallop if you let him. He will do a lovely dressage test. Perfect all-rounder. Would not say he is a hunting type, preferring a SJ or solid than a hedge. Good for farrier and dentist. Loads In trailer travels well, but occasionally needs incentive to load, in the form of apples, carrots or any suitable yummy snack. He can be a little quirky very occasionally and have a spook, but this is not anything to unseat an established rider, and generally pretty humerus. Due to this I’d suggest he would be best for someone who is established as a rider in all gaits, not a beginner. Has lovely soft mouth and amazing brakes. Not a bucker or reared, not a spinner in any way, looks after his rider. Open to vetting-I am looking for a loving 5*home where he gets the attention he has had from me. Selling due to son now nearly 6ft and I’m looking to step up SJ
