- ***Update*** Qualified for the Summer Nationals winning Prelim Gold at Bicton scoring over 75%. A 16.1hh youngster by Rubin Royal who is a wonderful combination of being impeccably behaved with a sensible brain and the talent to go with it. Went to his first ever competition – old head on young shoulders and behaved like a saint. Qualified for the Summer Regionals this year gaining scores up to 74% at Prelim. Responsive to the aids and a very sane and sensible ride with a lot of scope to go up the levels. Started lateral work which has proven very easy to train. Great to hack and in open spaces. A sad sale of such a lovely and talented horse who we’ve owned since a foal, however, as a professional producer of dressage horses, sadly we can’t keep them all. A real asset to any yard. Would suit either a competitive amateur or professional looking to take a young horse up the levels. Potential Grand Prix horse with the right training and experience. Yard favourite and good to do in all ways. Can be seen at Bicton Regionals Friday 21st of July.
