- Lovely little mare that sadly I just don’t have time for. Sold from the field. Gem 13.2 Welsh chestnut mare. 6 years old Gem is a lovely young lady. Always happy to see you and has never shown a nasty attitude. Not mareish in any way. Unfortunately I just don’t have the time to do her any justice and with youngsters coming up, i need the stable space. Absolutely no vices, stands for the farrier, fine in traffic, happy to be clipped, fine with mares or geldings. She does have 3 lovely paces and her canter was always improving last year. Has previously been around farm rides and she has always hacked alone. She is being sold from the field as i haven’t had time to ride her over the winter. Would make a very easy project for some one or equally once in work would make a nice pony clubber.
