- Oscar (Ozzy) | 13.2hh | 17 years 4 ⛵️ as sadly outgrown. Child's dream pony, 3 lovely paces on the flat, easy to get a contact, loves to jump. Was previously a hunting pony, but has spent the last 18months showjumping and bringing home rosettes. He has done the following things, a stay away show (David broomes - cricklands) was in the line up of the duration of the show. They did their first dressage competition together and won. He's good in open spaces as we experience when we go XC. Knows his job and what is asked of him. Has taken my nervous 10year old to a confident and capable 11year old, who is now ready for the next size up. Would excel in pony club, games or just for fun. Excellent ground manners, can be handled by young children. Can be ridden in a headcollar to bring in or turn out from the field, bareback rides in fields and always comes to a stop. Golden to load, travel and stand on the lorry, clip, shoe (2 fronts) and tack up/groom. Easy to catch, will wait by the gate for you. Voice command on the lunge and listens to cues like a dream. Has taught my daughter how to do flying changes and learn strides for jumping. Happily lives in or out. Herd or individual. A real kind person. Never sick or lame. Up to date with everything- teeth, chiropractor, vaccinations & wormer. Valued at price with Full wardrobe including tack & rugs as won't fit the next horse we will be looking for.
